Boy has technology changed the way Direct Sellers do business! When I started in Direct Sales almost 20 years ago we didn't even have email yet! In the business of Direct Selling, the principles of the business model are the same in that YOU as a Direct Seller need to always remember this is a people business, a relationship business, a "Belly to Belly" business. Add in all of the technological advancements of how you and your company are able to reach prospective customers and team members, it is huge! Direct Selling is a worldwide business model and I find that because I have team members that are in my organization around the world, I heavily rely on technology to reach them, train them, and create a bond of friendship and team spirit.
